Returns

- Customers must provide photos or videos showing the issue for return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are customized or made to order.
- Items returned without original packaging or after significant use or damage.

- Share order details and issue (with supporting images if required).
- Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or provide return instructions.
- Upon receiving the returned item and completing quality inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will initiate a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
- You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is processed.
